The Deodar Duplex

The Deodar is the first of our three duplex cottages — two quiet floors framed in floor-to-ceiling glass, so the forest is never further than an arm's length away.

Downstairs, a wood-burning fireplace and a deep sofa look out over a private deck; upstairs, a king bed sits beneath a sloped timber ceiling with the deodars filling every window. Mornings arrive slowly here, in mist and birdsong.
